Food Journal
Write it down. We do on sparkpeople.com . It educates us. We see where we are in black and white. We don't guess and we don't blow whole days over one snack. We also make better choices because we are practiced nutritionists in our own lives.
Water
Drink it, love it, don't substitute it, don't try to make it better than it is! Water replaces soda, stems cravings and keeps your body feeling clean and lean.
Aerobic Workouts
On MSN, we have learned to lose the fat we have to move. We have learned the truths about weight training for weighty people isn't the key to weight loss. We can't wait for our trainer we are going to win to start training but aerobics is working for now.
Balanced Diet
There are so many fads. Really, it came down to rest of our life choices for us. Do we really never want to eat a potato or piece of cheese cake again? Extremes just don't work for us. Balanced, healthy good for us works.
